My first 3D design! The Amulet of Articulation, AKA the Amulet of Treachery after the Under New Management Thieves Guild quest in Skyrim.
The default sizing for this is about 58 mm at the widest point. The large ring diameter is 40 mm.

Notes:
Recommended to print at .1 mm as this object contains a lot of fine smoothing and beveled edges. Printed a copy at 10% infill and it worked, but looked shady at a few points. YMMV. Support does not generate for the necklace cord loop.
