I was inspired by the Planet Eggspress and Egglantis models posted here by artdavis and thought that a Gerry Anderson tribute was in order.

This remix was assembled in Microsoft 3D Builder.
March 19, 2016 Update: Please try printing part 1 of the version called "Thicker Wings", which includes numerous improvements. It has built-in support. (Part 2 does not require support and is otherwise unchanged from previous releases.) Previous versions have been removed.

Notes:
The version called "Thunderegg2-thicker wings pt1 of 2.stl" has built-in supports, so be sure to disable supports for that one. Raft is optional. Note that the latest versions posted have thicker surfaces on the wings and tail section. I have successfully test-printed these thicker versions, shown in the updated photos after painting with acrylics.
