My kids and I are big Star Wars Rebels fans. There are many lightsabers on Thingiverse but I was surprised not to find this one. So...this is my rendition of Ezra Bridger's lightsaber.
This is a sizable project, with at least 25 parts (depending on configuration), and measuring about 9.25" x 5.5". The silver clip in the front is removable, per my son's request, and fastens with two 8mm magnets located in the bridge at the bottom. I have also included a peg to print if you choose to forgo the magnets and permenantly attach the clip. The tolerances and pretty tight between the pieces, so all the parts should fit nice and snug.

Notes:
For parts like the emitter and hilt grip, there are both assembled and individual peices supplied. Supports are required if you are printing the assembled versions. There are a few parts that will require supports. For the most part, supports are only needed for interior faces and don't interfere with exterior surfaces. back-block-bottom, blaster-body, blaster-clip-to-bridge, blaster-fastner, emitter-assembly, hilt-bridge, hilt-handle-assembly, hilt-trigger-housing, pommel-bottom, pommel-top , switch-fastner Hilt Grip Assembly: (1) hilt-handle-bottom (1) hilt-handle-top (9) hilt-handle-inner-ring (8) hilt-handle-outer-ring
