If you look online nobody has a nice Korean War era MiG 15 to 3D print. The MiG is a classic and unlike modern fighters it has less fiddly parts. I found a detailed plastic model kit to base this on, but I have simplified it down to a more manageable print.
I have supplied the plane in four pieces. The four pieces are small enough a typical 3D printer can do it. It will need a bit of glue. I still want to get the full model down to something around 5 inches that prints nicely...less detail...but more fun with a faster print!
I found a very detailed plastic model kit. Sadly, detailed models make terrible bases for small 3D prints. I use the plastic model as reference, and then used TinkerCAD to make the model.
