Everything is printed in ABS as it's easier to glue (I'm using a High Pressure PVC glue). PLA can be glued with Super glue but I don't know if it would be sturdy enough.
I'm printing on a heated bed (90-100°) coated with a 3D adhesive spray.
If printed flat, the roof parts will need support. Printing the roof vertically could give a better result but would be tricky (needing brim and support).
The big parts are printed with a 0.2 mm layer height and the small ones (ladder, grab irons etc) with a 0.1mm layer height.
