Action figure version of Nyah, the "Devil Girl From Mars". If you haven't seen the 1951 classic "B" horror/sci fi movie, do yourself a favor and look for it on YouTube.
I printed this in TPU on a direct drive modded Ender 3 Pro. I have sliced the figure into parts for easier printing. So you will have to glue the legs into the skirt, and the two body halve toogether, then wrap the belt around the seam at the waist, trim it to fit, then glue it on. I used a heat gun to mold the belt into shape before I attached it to the body.
The cape was printed upside down, with the neck hole at the body. This does well with regular supports, touching buildplate only, but the tpu gets real shaky towards the top end of the print :)
I printed the head twice, once in white TPU and the final in resin. The white TPU looked great, and had a nice translucence to it, but the resin print was really detailed and smooth. So I chose that one for the final thing.

Post-Printing

Smoothing and Gluing TPU

I used a wood burning iron with a flat, pointed tip to smooth out the TPU all over the model. This was a personal choice, as I like how it looks sculptural, and gives a high shine to the TPU.
Having said that, the layers looked good for TPU, and I could see maybe using a .16 or .12 layer height and not smoothing it post would probably look real good.

I used E6000 adhesive to glue the parts together, it works well on TPU.

The heads and arms are designed to pop into sockets in the body. TPU pops in and holds nicely, and can be rotated around. If you print in PLA or something more rigid, you may have to do some sanding to get the parts to fit easily.
