This model is Celebrimbor's Elven Forge Hammer from The Lord of the Rings, This is the Hammer used to forge the Ring's of power now you can forge it yourself on your 3D Printer.

Sanding, Gluing & Filling
If you want a smooth model you should sand it with a 100 - 400 grit sand paper before painting.
The holes in the model are roughly 3mm which is the same as a wooden skewer use these cut to the right size to put the model together.
You can use any Araldite Glue/Epoxy or Acetone (If using ABS but be careful to wear gloves and eye protection).
To fill any gaps use a plastic based putty and sand it back once it's set
Painting
I pre-coated the model with a plastic primer spray paint in grey (you can get a cheap can from any automotive store) and then used a Chrome Silver style spray paint (My specific can was Iron Lak Bright Chrome) Make sure you shake the can for over 2 minutes otherwise you will run into drying problems, trust me
