This is the stock Ender 3 Dog gcode that comes with the sd card, I have found it to print flawlessly with multiple brands of PLA filament rolls.
Settings work only for PLA, if you want to print for ABS, you will have to tune temperature once the print has started and maybe the fan speed too.
