Models remixed from XPS models, obj extracted from games, DesktopHero3D free assets and my own modeling:

Unfortunately I haven't found the 3d model of the weapons from some of them before, so the scythe and lance are a little bit different from the game model...
When I printed them, I made the whip from Seven with a wire glued through the pieces listed as "Whip Seven 1", and glued "Whip Seven 2" on the tip.
Made also the flag from the Vermilion Bird, printed flat on vertical and used hot air to bend as a flag. With any lance or pole easily found in thingiverse you can make the standart from Suzaku.
