A custom light saber hilt. All Solidworks parts have been added in case someone wants to modify easily. I recommend filling the hilt with sand then sealing it with the emitter portion. The colors I used were Silk PLA Copper and Black. Print the inserts (Hilt I1-8) and Hilt 3 at high quality, because they are so small the require precision to fit accurately. The Hilt can be printed at medium quality, and the stand low to medium as they do not require the same level of precision.
Hilt 1: Print 1 vertically (emitter side down) no supports
Hilt 2: Print 1 vertically (emitter side up) no supports
Hilt 3: Print 3 flat no supports
Hilt I1-3: Print 1 of each flat (convex out) with supports
Hilt I4: Print 1 vertical no supports
Hilt I5: Print 3 vertical no supports
Hilt I6: Print 1 vertical no supports
Hilt I7: Print 4 flat no supports
Hilt I8: Print 4 flat no supports
