Modeled by request. Just happened to be worth posting. I put it to as close to life size as I could. The dimensions on the original model were slightly off, but it's decently close in this one.
Original summary:
lock designed to prevent patio umbrella from spinning around when tilted to block the sun.
designed for a 37mm umbrella pole. May work for sizes ranging from 36-38, but not tested.

How I Designed This
I found the model I remixed this from and some applicable textures with normals. I used the normals to make a raised logo and text. Then I conformed the logo to the pistol grip using blender, and put the text in place using windows 3D builder.
