This is my version of Uni-Blab the Supervisor and "Snitch" Robot Maid from the 1960's cartoon show, The Jetsons. This is one of the Robots that Mr. Spacely deploys to rat out Employees of Spacely Sprockets and get them fired.

I have downloaded and made several robot things from Thingiverse, so this is my humble attempt at giving something back.

He is not articulated or posable.

I printed himin white PLA, with a very lightweight 5% infill. I did not want the figure to be heavy, because he sits on ridiculously small "wheels" on a pedestal "leg".

Originally designed to use alignment pegs for the arms at the shoulder, but I ended up not using them when I assembled it. They are not really needed, you might want to skip printing them.

Post-Printing

Things you'll need to Finish Uni-Blab

You will need to glue Uni-Blab's parts together. Since I printed him in PLA, I used SCI-GRIP 16 cement for plastics. It is awesome, and creates very strong bonds. I used Spray paint for the majority of the coverage, requiring Light and Dark purple and Black. I created a label in Photoshop for the "electronic graph on Uni-Blab's chest. I printed it on sticky label stock. After hand painting accents in purple and Black, a coat of clear Matte spray finish was applied. Finally, I used four sewing push pins with large black balls on the ends for Uni-Blab's Antennae
