Scream canister from Monsters Inc.
I added LED lights which respond to Sound
For the LEDs I used the following set:

It is a kit from a Thai supplier, should be available all around the world.
The window frame is glued into the center body and the clear window is held in place by 2 M3 Bolts (I used Internal hex drive bolts) and houses 2 M3 nuts.
Also, I made some mounting points to the sides, to make it like a backpack.
