I printed the original shark head at 105% and it fits on the Ender 3 bed (set to 230x230 in your slicer) if you print with no skirt.
Print this separately and add the colour change after the base is done. Then insert it from the front, through the mouth. It'll friction fit just short of flush with the back.
I printed and sized it all with a 1mm nozzle and 0.52 layers in mind, but it can be done with 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layers with no problem.
