Use supports on the cabin and bottom files. To assemble, snap cabin into bottom portion starting from the rear. If the tolerance isn't correct, use super glue. The channel that the linear gear runs through may need to be worn in first, and a little oil in the chanel and rotor hole helps a lot.
This helicopter teaches how linear gears transfer energy into the rotor, creating lift. It's also super fun to use and easy to make personalized color combinations.
