I did a bit of mesh editing to smooth out the triangle boobs and square butt, and removed the cloth at the front as it wouldn't have flowed well with the pose I used.
The STL version is higher-poly and intended for printing.
The OBJ + MTL version includes textures.

I printed her lying on her left arm with her head slightly down, check the images for a print preview.
The elbows are a bit thin so watch out when you remove the supports!

I glued a little plastic gemstone to her chest for a spirit stone.
