STL is split into several parts for ease of printing. Instead of printing the cloak I used a small piece of black fabric and glued it on.
The OBJ + MTL version includes textures. I edited the default textures to match the paint scheme I wanted to use.

Wings printed mostly flat, body printed upside-down to keep supports to a minimum, head printed in default orientation.
Painted with Citadel mini paints. Cloak cut from black fabric and markings painted on.
Plastic gemstones glued on for spirit stones.
The stand is just a support from one of my other models glued to her feet.
