Create an egg-shaped head, give it pointy ears, colour it green and, chances are, people will tell you: "It's Yoda!"

Well fortunately for us, I'm not that easily satisfied...

So, I set out to sculpt my own Yoda.

This sculpture took about 20 hours to sculpt using Blender running on a Surface Pro (with the original Wacom digitizer pen).

I wanted my version to look a little bit more like the original Yoda puppet from SW:ESB and SW:ROTJ.  I'm not fully there yet, but I think I'm already pretty close.

To all the makers in the world, I say: Have fun with it! And I'd also love to see derivatives if anyone feels like it.

To all capitalists in the world, I say: NO, you cannot make money from this sculpt in any way. No reselling, no selling of 3d prints. Sorry. (And don't come with legal bullshit that you can, you cannot. Period.)

Use 3 top/bottom layers; 3 perimeters/shells to increase print quality.

Printing with the above settings can take a while (6 hours).  If you are less patient, increase layer height to 150 micron.
