This is one of the Dragon Door Statues from the various temples in Pandaria (Mists of Pandaria expansion). Extracted from WOW using WoW Model Viewer and cleaned up using 3D Builder and Meshmixer.
I always try to print these myself (this was printed in Silk Copper PLA at 220C, the higher temp gives a nice shine) to see how viable they are because a lot of things can be extracted as STL files from WoW, but, can be very difficult to print.
I really like how this came out. I would do the print with a little support as possible when printing in something like this copper PLA because it marks up the surface. Also, there is a weird thing going on with the tip of the tail. There are three little fan blades that I couldn't get rid of. This usually happens when there is a visual effect in the model (tail swishing or glowing, etc) but it's easily removed in post processing of the statue, which is what I did. The picture is 8 cm tall.
