THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL WEAPON.
This Desert Eagle full size replica is a remix of gamekorp's Deagle (Desert Eagle .50AE).
I have scaled up the original to the 270mm in length, cut it into sections and provided connectors for printing on 200mm print beds, and added better internal structure to make the overall model more solid.
Supports are still required under the trigger and inside the barrel half part, under the back of the barrel (these support can remain permanent, as they won't be seen once the two halve are glued together). I also used supports going up the length of the underside of the barrel. Other supports are not really necessary.
Be careful with the long connector rod; it's a tight fit. You make need a hammer to tap it in.
I printed at 0.1mm layer height with Xtron MAMORUBOT PLA+ Metal Gold.
