VCC-1 Camilino APC.
It is an improved version of the m113 license-built by OTO Melara. It was eventually replaced by the VCC-2 Camilino (which looks like an m113 except for firing ports), and the VCC-80 Dardo
I've included a TOW armed version (the pics were bad, so I am not certain of its accuracy) that were built for the Saudi Arabian army..

The machine gun is very tiny, so no barrel. You can glue a short piece of paint-brush bristle for the barrel.
