I liked the idea of a Genestealer Cult Matriarch or Primus, but the Jeanstealer - Broodlady didn't quite fit the bill for me aesthetically, so I decided to try my hand at recreating her.

I have been making changes and test printing, however, the talons have given me a few issues, even when the arms have been printed separately.  This version I have made a few changes in an effort to reduce the weak points on each talon.  The rest of the model has printed beautifully for me using Cura's tree supports, of all things.  I have yet to complete a print with this latest file iteration just yet.

How I Designed This

I took the base model, Broodlady, and got rid of the rear scything talons as she had eight limbs as opposed to the six limbs all Tyranids/Genestealers have.  The original pose looked like she was modeling (as that was the design of the base human figure).  I decided to reposition her arms and rending claws, resized both sets to more appropriately fit her frame, then smoothed out the transitions between parts.  The underlying Hormagaunt skull made the original look Klingon (which might be awesome in another game) so I removed it and used the Genestealer's head components to make her more Genestealer-esque.  From there I rebuilt the head to be shaped in a more alien like fashion and completely resculpted her face.  I added the Genestealer's back carapace to her and sculpted some long protrusions along her spine similar to what Patriarchs have - only less spikey!  From there she got some frame changes with wider hips and a wider chest as well as breast augmentation and nipples as she is bare chested.
