The idea of this toy is to do it simple and lightweight.
I did it with:
resolution 0.15
2 layers in perimeter
0% infill
Printing time ~2 hours
Before the completion pause and put something inside (I used 7-10 rise grains).
At the end of printing around 96% slow down speed to 50%.
