This Transforming robot is the ultimate stress test for any printer. And be warned, this is a difficult print!!!
If you wish to print in one colour then please drag and drop the four STL files into your slicing software at the same time. If you have doubts you'll be able to print this please try the PocketBot I designed as this will be a good indication as to how you'll get on with PickUpBot.
This prints in one and requires no assembly, but once printed you'll have to separate the parts and remove the custom support blocks. Please please please refer to the images to see which parts will need to be loosened and which support blocks need to be removed. You'll will need wire cutters to remove the supports for the wheels arches. All over support blocks can be removed with pliers. There is one support block between the front wheels, only remove this once you've pulled back the legs..

I slowed the first layer print speed manually on my printer down to 75%. Once I got the perfect layer I put it back to 100%. Refer to the images to see which what support blocks can be removed. And take extra care when loosening the shoulder joints.
