Use 1.75mm filament as a piston pins, should be a press fit. Once all parts are installed, widen the pins/axles by melting them for example with hot flat head screwdriver to lock the crack and rods in place. Be careful to not fuse the parts together!
Print piston and rod two times.
Added a pizza cutter crank. Not yet tested though. Pistons may hit the crank.
