Split the model so that the arms , legs , torso and hips are moveable. I am including my torso which I split but the complete torso is also should you rather wish to use that one.
You can use the included "complete" model to work out your scale but its currently scaled for 10mm.
Then the legs are posed in a walking position , but I have included a mirrored set of each should you rather want a more static pose.
