Freddie Mercury, all original. There are free Freddie bodies out but the ones I found had terrible faces, except for a few really nice ones that weren't free. So here. Free.

Print it upside-down with supports, that way the support end up in the hair, which doesn't look too bad. As is, this is about ten cm high. Scale it if you like. Infill can probably be pretty low.
Started with MakeHuman to get a head that was sort of kind of a starting point.
The rest is just sculpted using Sculpt mode in Blender.
MakeHuman's output also required some cleanup - if you try this approach you'll want to fix the eyeballs and the "throat" before moving on to sculpting. I kind of wish MakeHuman would let you turn that stuff off. Maybe I don't have the latest version, I didn't check.
