I took apart the original CAD file at https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/c88ad4c8e71c545dd093c6657d887c6a/1973-Lotus-Europa-Twin-Cam-Special?hl=en
and adjusted some stuff to make it printable and to enhance some of the features.

Notes:
I created the "spare" outside mirrors in case the ones on the body get knocked off. They have posts, so you'll have to drill a small hole in the body to mount them.
The wheel is a hack and could use some redesign to make the features stand out better. I included the source wheel "Lotus Source Wheel.stl" if you want to have at it. Be warned that as it stands, due to incomplete surfaces and bad surface normals, the source wheel will print really badly.
