Based on Professor Mcgonagall's wand in Harry Potter wikia.
You can print two halves and stick them together with acetone or superglue or you can print the model entirely using supports.
I prefer to halve the model then print it so that it doesn't need supports.
Designed primarily in 3ds Max then used Zbrush to add finer details. Finally used Meshmixer in order to fix remaining model defects and prepare it for 3d printing.
