DC-15A blaster rifle used by clonetroopers in Star Wars II & III.
This is a realistic version (not the Clone Wars stylized one) and I dare to say it's the best free one, at least I couldn't find more screen accurate model.

I recommend 3 perimeter lines.
You will need to split model in parts for printing.
Make sure you turn on "Union Overlapping Volumes" option in Cura or your respective slicer. Model has multiple shells as I was not able to union them without loosing surface quality. But union in Cura works perfectly and outputs one solid piece.
Base model was taken from 2017 Battlefront II game (so it should be approved by Lucasfiilm as screen accurate). It was then smoothed-out to look good in real physical form. It was also scaled up to 130 cm in length (canon). The game model was smaller probably due to animation issues where the stock of the weapon would pass through clones arm if the weapon was the right size.
