As soon as I saw it I thought, this could be a post-it holder, so I remixed it.
The arm was shortened twisted and scaled (XY) to be able to support an 8x8cm block of post-it, without the need of a base. Didn't think what would happen when I ran out of post-its. So I was then forced to place a large-heavy screw & nut at the bottom to keep it steady when empty.

Acetone treatment for areas damaged by supports and some layer detachment.
Very quick & mild sanding with Dremel brush.
Sprayed with white primer.
Painted with Marabu doit 252 Pearl Blue spray.
Added details with acrylic water soluble colors. Andrea Blue, Ultramarine Blue and Titanium Dioxide. Used brushes No 0 & No 3, small sponges and kitchen paper.
