This model was drawn using my original toy and a pair of 6 inch calipers.  Although the file is presented full scale, I modeled it so that it was optimized when printed at 25%.  Unless you stay in that range it may have too much or too little detail.  The Killer Whale is a single, no support print.  Yay!  It also floats in the bathtub like the real one did, just in case you were wondering.

Edit 2/18/16  Two people have mentioned having problems with the rear fan shrouds being too thin for their software/hardware, so I uploaded a second file in which these features are twice as thick. Hope this helps.
