I remixed slavikk's adorable T-rex model in Voronoi style using Meshmixer. The patterned mesh has been fully repaired and remeshed, so there shouldn't be any manifold or gap issues (except the intentional ones!) once he's sliced. There are two .stl files - one includes the support structures (generated for a 50deg threshold) and one without supports.
This model (like most Voronoi's) has fairly aggressive overhangs both externally and inside the model, so I'd suggest using a dissolvable material, like PVA, for the supports. Included in the gallery is the overhang analysis with an angle threshold of 50, and the resulting supports generated in Meshmixer, to give you an idea of what the support structure will look like if you want to try printing entirely in PLA or ABS and removing the supports by hand (which might be possible with a scaled up print). This model should work great with any powder based printers as well, for those of you that may have access to one!
I haven't printed him yet, but stay tuned for print pictures!

Vapor Polishing
If you print him in ABS, be careful if you want to vapor polish! Parts where the voronoi pattern is dense (feet, eyes) will not polish as quickly as the parts where it is fairly sparse (head, tail, etc), so keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't dissolve parts of the body entirely.
