Cavalier Turbo Mustang-3 for micro-armor...
This is the prettier father for the Piper PA48 light attack aircraft that never made it into production; the USAF only cared about jets at the time and wouldn't ever let any pilots fly it because it had a propeller. It performed very well before getting ever better for the PAVE COIN evaluations. The USAF wants a plane like this now, even asking Douglas if they might bring back the Skyraider. [too expensive].. so far a militarized Super Tucano is likely.
modeled in blender 2.79b at proper dimensions [ then scaled to 1/100 for the .stl
scale down by 35% to get micro-armor size.
This was/is a difficult model for me to print and I'm still playing with slicer settings and orientations for it. The details are pretty thin and can break easily.
the model shown is version 4... version 5 that is uploaded has the exhaust, which I had forgotten before.
