The Vibro-Arbir blades from one of the Preatorian guard in The Last Jedi.
Fits together to make a dual version!

All 3D printed with the exeption for some nails used as pegs for stability.
Strong enough to swing it around like and feel awesome.
Probably not strong enough to actually hit stuff and have it survive.

Notes:

Most parts will print without any support and it is best that you print without support unless you don't mind getting the support out the nail holes.
Do not skimp out on the infill as the nail holes wont the needed support ( I would go with at least 18%).
Do no print too many walls on the blade parts to prevent the walls around the nail holes to be printed.

nails 4 mm in diameter for the handle and 3mm nails for the blade parts (saw of the head obviously)

Roughed up surface for better glue adhesion ( sanding with low grit and carve with hobby knife )

Tip : use a blade part to keep this part parallel when gluing

Guide / Tips

Everything is designed to be a rather tight fit so you may have to sand things down in order to fit them together.
The handle takes 4mm nails and the blade takes 3mm nails.
I put a bit of a chamfer on the holes but some times you still have to go in with a knife or file to fit the nails.

How I Designed This

I made this in fusion 360 using pictures in The Last Jedi Visual Dictionary
