This is Sylvanas Windrunner, leader of the Forsaken and nowadays also the Horde. The outfit is her master skin from HotS.
The model was originally extracted from Heroes of the Storm and I picked it up from this eminent library: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5j1iQ1NUCTcak1KRU8zWFZpQjQ
I've subsequently posed her to resemble her default character selection pose out of HotS, yet make her relatively easy to print.
For the pictures of the print I've used a base from this collection: http://www.semaker.com/productdetail/12214 (I simply added and scaled the base directly in my slicer.)
Please note that I haven't spent any time touching up the model - my FlashPrint software detected issues with the model and automatically fixed them to my satisfaction so I haven't bothered going through and fix the model itself. At close inspection the model have got some issues with the hair not coming out as it should and tears in one of the legs. These artefacts were not an issue when printed on my printer after FlashPrint repaired it, hence I have not addressed them myself.

Support removal
It is relatively straight forward to remove the supports on this model, however, because of its great detail you have to take care not to accidentally rip off any "teeth" off her armour.
When I printed this, the "crown" on the bow as well as the big gem on her cloak came off. Should this happen to you, know they both affix easily with a little bit of cyanoacrylate glue.
Painting
I spray painted the entire miniature in a reddish brown color to begin with.
I then used miniature paints from one of Vallejo's army ranges to base paint in the colours I preferred, heavily inspired by the original HotS skin. (The photo of the brown model shows the model sprayed and with the leather brown base paint applied.)
Once the model was base painted i used a wash from Army Painter to pick out the shadows on the model. Due to its size I had to place it in a separate container and pour the wash over it.
I let the wash dry for twelve hours or so after which I sprayed it with Army Painter's anti-gloss varnish. You can see the difference in the two photos attached - one extra glossy, and one with a matter varnish. That's the work of the anti-gloss varnish.
I finally picked out details and finished the model off (gloss varnished the globes and gems to give them a slight sparkle) using the same paints I used for basing.
The original model was ripped from Heroes of the Storm and I found the game model here:

Using this addon: https://johnzero7.deviantart.com/art/XPS-to-Blender-2-7x-Blender-internal-the-easy-way-489500171
the model was imported into Blender and posed, then exported to .STL.
