SPOILER : This is the homing beacon that is used in the last Jedi so Rey can find her way back to the rebels.
Made this working with only 1 picture as reference so it's not perfect.
I will probably come back to it when I have some more reference pictures.

Notes:
Printed everything at 0.06 mm except for the ring which you can print at whatever you like.
If you print the face with a brim you may need to cut it off with a knife as the details are fairly fragile. I also included a fatter version that doesn't have that problem as much.

Primed, painted and weathered with airbrush acrylics
Used colored nylon wire (0,5 mm thickness) to wrap around the ring. After wrapping It will fit snugly. Use superglue to secure it
Bend Steel wire ( 1 mm thickness ) and insert into the holes around the middle blue thingy on the face
Glue the face to the base
Take the inserts and glue them into the base and cilinder
