I used Gyrobot's wing set, and mashed it with a nice 3d model I found online (but those wings were solid). made it all fit for printing.

printed the wings with a .2 nozzle, only 3 layers (.15) thick
had a lot of trouble with the legs, might try to scale them up a little. I just added some filament post printing. I also used toothpicks instead of the pins.
print body halves with no bottoms for better joining...
